Return & Exchange

Dear customer, if you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, please e-mail us to arrange a return or exchange of your purchase. You can return any product within 30 days from purchase.
To complete your return, please contact us to receive a Return Authorization Number. Always attach the RA number to the package returned. Once the package is received refund will be applied to your PayPal account. Please allow up to 7 days for the amount to be processed.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. Symbio Eartips by MandarinEs is not responsible for the cost of return shipping. Customers are urged to hold proof of postage as we are not responsible for returns lost by courier or post office.
